Our comprehensive management covered front-of-house and back-of-house functions, including brand ambassadors, wayfinders, logistics runners, stage managers, and stage hands. Blueguy Media & Planning served as a key partner for the Women’s Volleyball Senior Category at the 15th National Games. Leveraging deep sports event experience, we worked closely with organizing parties to ensure all technical and operational aspects met the rigorous requirements of a premier national tournament.
The project focused on integrating partner resources and precise on-site execution. The successful delivery showcased our ability to manage complex logistics within a multi-sport framework while maintaining a professional, competition-ready environment for elite athletes.

Macau pioneered the comprehensive use of 3D modeling, autostereoscopy, VR, and AR technologies to digitally reconstruct the Ruins of St. Paul’s. The exhibition invited visitors on a journey that bridged physical and virtual space, enabling them to explore the historical church as it stood centuries ago.
Blueguy Media led event planning, exhibition operations, and production for this landmark initiative, coordinating content, visitor flows, and technical execution at a globally recognized heritage site.

Our team provided operational and compliance support for the “Galaxy Macau Chill Coffee” Macau Coffee Cultural Festival. We handled permits and licenses for event operations, commercial sales, and performer participation, ensuring end-to-end regulatory alignment over three days.
Engagement scope included sales and payment compliance, cost management and reconciliation, exhibitor logistics, and cultural exchange permit applications for international coffee champions. This framework allowed the organizer to focus on programming and stakeholder relations while maintaining operational discipline.
